Hi. Entri ni nak cerita sikit pasal healthy thing plus beautiful views. Kita selalu kalau balik kampung bercuti, mesti terlupa terus tentang plan "Nak makan sekali sehari lah!", "Okay, enough! No more deliciously unhealthy food!". Jangan biarkan plan kita terus terus dilupakan bila tengok parents masak sedap-sedap and then mula la fikir "Hmmmmm. Nanti kalau aku balik KL or mana-mana, tak ada la aku dapat merasa masakan sesedap ni. Better melantak habis-habisan and then balik nanti aku diet balik!"


NO WAY! 
That wouldn't help so much. When you get back to your reality, i can tell myself that you'll have less time to workout and your diet might be berterabur sebab masih rindu masakan mak yang sedap tu. You can still eat like there's no tomorrow but remember to do exercise when you're in your hometown bukannya dok berabis tidur bagai ikan dugong.

I often failed to not eat those deliciously foods, sudah la balik kampung pun jarang sekali. Tahu memang malas nak buat workout yang berat-berat like pergi gym and workout so hard, do cardio sampai menguap sebab terlalu malas and bosan. Instead of doing those boring things, apa kata cuba something new like hiking or etc. Sometimes these activities worth with beautiful views when you reach the goal.

I decided to do hiking somewhere in Tun Fuad Stephens Park since it is near to my home. Saja nak cuba setelah dicabar oleh kakak sendiri. Okay, pagi-pagi kena gerak seawal yang mungkin. Ini juga antara cabaran yang cukup kuat iaitu apabila kena bangun seawalnya masa cuti.
